Your Appointments
On confirmation of your booking a consultation card will be
emailed to you for completion, if you have any health concerns please check at
the time of your booking to ensure that your chosen treatment is suitable. Upon
arrival you will beasked to sign the consultation card indemnity.
We recommend that you arrive at the spa reception at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled appointment, to enjoy the Spa facilities.
Spa Attire
Robes, towels and slippers are provided. For your comfort during the treatment underwear can be worn at all times, alternatively disposable underwear can be provided by your spa care professional. Please remove all jewellery and secure in the locker provided.
Cancellation Policy
Credit card details or gift voucher number will be asked for to secure your booking, please advise at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend your appointment. Cancellations made after 24 hours of your appointment and no shows will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment price. Full payment, upfront is required for groups of 4 or more. Please advise a minimum of 5 days in advance if you cannot attend the appointment. Cancellations made after 5 days will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment price.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals for whatever reason will result in the
reduction of your allocated treatment time and the full treatment price will
apply.
Personal Items
We regret that Spa de la Veille cannot be held personally
responsible for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur with any
personal articles.
Spa Etiquette
Our spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation.
Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. To preserve the
tranquil environment of the spa, we would kindly request that all mobile phones
be switched off during your time with us.
Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers.
Please allow your spa care professional to guide you in selecting which
treatment is most suitable for you during this special time.
Refreshments
There will always be a fresh supply of filtered and/or lemon
and mint infused filtered water and juice at the refreshment counter by the
roman pool for your enjoyment.
Spa Care Professionals
Only professionally qualified and fully trained spa care
professionals are employed at this spa. We are committed to continued education
and skills development so our spa care professionals attend regular training
sessions.
Products
Only professionally recognized skincare brands that are not
sold in retail stores will be used in this spa which are professionally
recommended by a qualified and trained spa care professional. Products
purchased are non-refundable.
Gift Vouchers
An ideal gift for spa enthusiasts, stressed out work colleagues, loved ones in need of pampering and friends in need of relaxing. Choose from our existing treatments and packages or create your own personal package. May be purchased at the spa or online www.spadelaveille.co.za.
T's and C's:
- Voucher must be presented on the date of redemption.
- Voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and will expire on redemption or after 1 year, whichever is earlier.
- Voucher can only be used for services offered (no retail products).
Doubles Treatments
We have two exclusive double treatment suites for guests
wishing to have treatments in the same room. One double suite boasts two
gorgeous spa treatments.
Packages
All packages must be paid for in full before treatments are
confirmed. You can choose from our list of packages or tailor-make your own
from our extensive treatment menu.
Membership
Spa de la Veille offers tailor made membership packages for
clients who would like to frequent the spa. Treatments are offered at a
discounted rate when paying in advance for your membership.
Corporate Packages
Spa de la Veille offers corporate packages aimed for
employee and client incentives.
Additional Information
The spa has a minimum age of 8 years both for the
facilities and the treatments. Our best reward is your personal recommendation.
Gratuities are therefore left to your discretion.
